Arriving in Denver

Upon arrival, follow the signs to Baggage Claim and Ground Transportation to the train station on the lower level of the airside concourse. Take the train to the main terminal.

Baggage claim for Southwest is in Terminal East, Level 5.

Once collecting your bags, take the escalators down to Terminal East, Level 4 (Arrivals).

Departing Denver

Plan to arrive at the airport approximately 1.5 to 2 hours prior to your flight.

Check in for Southwest is in Terminal East on Level 6.

After checking bags, proceed to security on level 5. If you have TSA PreCheck, use the North Security line**. If not, you must use the South Security line. Following security, proceed to the tram and travel to Concourse C*.

If lines for the South Security are long, you can also use the bridge on the north side of level 6, using Bridge Security and walking to Concourse A. Once on Concourse A, proceed down two levels to the tram station to get to Concourse C*.
